Quirky breakfast bistro by day, bustling, top-drawer burger joint by night, Cocoa Room is a kind of in-house popup, only open from 8.30am-11.30am (get there before 10.45am or risk being turned away). Orders can be served somewhat inconsistently, but you'll fall in love with the delectable menu options, pretty crockery and good, if not defiantly indulgent, food. Prevalence of truffle, quails eggs, candied (halal) bacon, salted caramel and rich hot chocolate with tumbling marshmallows, mean Dubai local's flock and others don’t really know this place exists...until now.
