Some of the best steak you'll have, with some of the worst service. This renowned restaurant, bar and grill concept is a result of the charismatic Nusret Gökçe (a.k.a. Salt Bae), from Turkey, a butcher and meat specialist by trade. Food is prepared in front of you, as if the Head Chef were there, sprinkling a little seasoning here, moulding and massaging an amalgamation of winning ingredients with his trusty tools, so they taste just right. Imagine him spoon feeding you (don't be surprised if he does). Beef (not the only thing on the carnivorous menu- there are some veggie options too) is Japanese and Australian and includes Kobe Wagyu. The restaurant aesthetics are nothing to write home about, but the exceptional quality and level of consistency in the dishes is outstanding.
