Designed by renowned firm, Gregory Gatserelia, expect cubist interiors in brass, wood and marble. The Chef's amuse bouche sets the tone for interesting and inspiring combinations incorporating truffle (of course, what discerning Dubai menu would be without it), delicate, quality meats and fish, with a touch of culinary theatrics and enticing presentation. Flattered by the service, staff know the menu and the atmosphere is encouraging. The bar is a great place to start by sampling a signature cocktail and the awesome view will make your jaw drop.
