Classes take place in an open-plan, industrial style studio in Tecom with views overlooking Dubai, using Gratz equipment flown in from New York and manufactured exactly to the specifications of Joseph Pilates. Instruction is through private or small class only and moves beyond the reformer, using the guillotine, electric chair and frame (no this is not a torture chamber, but it can be if you want it to be).
