With somewhat of a cult status, Salt was one of Dubai's first popup food concepts. Relying heavily on social media, this burger club once parked its Airstream at undisclosed locations, until 24-hours prior, around the city. Now with buzzing, fixed UAE venues; at Dubai's Kite Beach and La Mer, Dubai Marina, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, RAK and Ajman, this much-loved, home-grown concept serves some of the best damn burgers in the city. With single, double or triple patty Wagyu beef, melted cheese, butter bun and burger sauce sliders, along with fries (Plain, Cheese and Fire) to accompany your meal. Worth the hunt, but not if you're a Veggie.
